We have an urgent opening for Digital Transformation Officer for our Manufacturing Plant in Noida.

Skills & know how
§ Degree in engineering/mathematics/computer science/statistics
§ Proven experience as data or business data analyst
§ 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
§ Strong knowledge and experience in reporting, databases, data management
§ Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysis
§ Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate data & information

Main roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate Digital Initiatives:
– Strategy, Roadmap, automatic data collection and data mining, Training, digital culture
• Data Integrity & Consolidation: BI reporting
– Development of Master Data Analytics
– Implement tools and best practices identified in the manufacturing sites
• Software Design and Programming (DevOps)
– Support Internal and External development for Manufacturing
– Identify, document and Share best practices and internal tools
– Support ERP request & needs from manufacturing site as key user
• Coordination with IT Sec, GSC and Operational Performance Team
– Lead digital transformation strategy in the manufacturing site
– Ensure compliance to IT Security guidelines and GSC targets
– Coordinate best practices sharing with Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement network
